Caffé Nero have gained further representation in Cardiff with the acquisition of 6/7 Duke Street, opposite Cardiff Castle.  These premises have been comprehensively redeveloped by a private investor, and the  property floor, which offers approximately 1,800 sq ft  at ground and basement level, has been let at a commencing rental of £65,000 per annum exclusive.  Macarthur Wilson represented the tenant Caffé Nero, EJ Hales represented the landlord,  a private investor.
