Triumph Lingerie International have furthered their expansion programme with the acquisition of retail premises within Cardiff City Centre.  The premises afford approximately 1,400 sq ft at ground and second floor, and the premises are let by way of a new, 10 year lease at a commencing rental of £120,000 per annum exclusive.  Macarthur Wilson represented the tenant Triumph Lingerie, Hartnell Taylor Cook represented Sapphire (Cardiff) Limited the landlords.
