Macarthur Wilson have recently been instructed to act on two new retail developments, on behalf of Danesmount in Clevedon and Newmark Properties in Newton Abbot. The Crabtree Retail Park in Clevedon is to provide 39,000sqft of Open A1 retail space and the Wolborough Street, Newton Abbot development of up to 20,000sqft, also of Open A1 retail accommodation. The two new instructions add to a number of schemes to which Macarthur Wilson are advising on lettings and asset management.
