Showing our continued ability to diversify, we have recently acted for Deeley Freed Penhalt in the acquisition of this derelict site in Bath. The project will involve the demolition of a former Bath & North East Somerset Council transport depot to make way for a four-storey building with around 24,000 sq ft of office space and 26 car parking spaces. Work is expected to begin later this year with a view to completion by early 2010.

The building has been designed by Bath architects firm Nash Partnership and will include two 10-person lifts, raised floors, suspended ceilings and recessed lighting.

We will be acting as joint letting agents for this prestigious Class A1 office with parking.
