Acting on behalf of The Trustees of the Long Acre Settlement , Macarthur Wilson has disposed of 118 West Street, Farnham to Jo Downs Glasswear by way of a licence to occupy until February 2009. Thereafter, the premises will be available on a new lease at a quoting rent of £65,000 per annum exclusive.

The premises provide a sales area of 1,043 sq ft with ancillary storage of 261 sq ft.
