Acting on behalf of Tesco Stores Ltd, Macarthur Wilson has acquired 54-56 High Street, Taunton on a new 15 year lease from Dawnay Day at a commencing rent of £75,000 per annum exclusive, subject to an 18 month incentive package.

The premises provide a total ground floor sales area of 6,835 sq ft with 5,772 sq ft on the upper floors.
