Developer Requirements
Current Development Requirements on behalf of Retained Clients:
- Prominent Road Side Sites of between ½ to 2 acres with or without planning for a retail use in neighbourhood centres.
- Any main Road Site with or without existing leases up to 20 acres in good towns or cities.
- Redundant car showrooms, petrol stations, public houses, and vacant shops with adjacent car parks or land.
- First Generation Retail Warehousing either bulky goods or Open A1.
- Older shopping centres getting close to the end of their current economic life.
