Acting on behalf of Helix Property Advisors, the asset managers for the Harmsworth Pooled Pension Unit Trust, Macarthur Wilson have sold the Freehold Retail Warehouse investment of 455 Newport Road Cardiff for £4.775 Million.

The property comprises leases of circa 12 years to B&M and Jewson with a combined rent of £320,000 and reflects a NIY of 6.3%, after taking into purchasers costs of 6.34%
