Acting on behalf of the landlord, Macarthur Wilson advised on creating a new restaurant, suitable for the multiple restaurant market, by using permitted development rights to obtain the necessary planning for an A3 use, and amalgamating two shops together.
A deal was completed with Côte Restaurants Ltd on a 25 year lease at a rent of £90,000 per annum.
