Acting on behalf of Plus Shops Retail and Moorfield Group, Macarthur Wilson and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan have let Unit NSU1 at Cardiff’s Capitol Shopping Centre to Poundworld.
Poundworld joins several other big names recently added to the Capitol Shopping Centre’s portfolio of tenants – these include sandwich favourite Pret A Manger, retail giant, Tesco and fitness club, easyGym.
The new 8,000 sq ft Poundworld store – opening 3rd May, on the site formely occupied by Internacionale - is set to help cost conscious shoppers by offering a ‘value’ alternative to other high street retailers.
With massive savings on leading brands such as Cadbury’s, Coca Cola and Johnson’s, the huge store offers over 5,000 products for the purse friendly price of £1. The vast range includes household essentials, textiles, toiletries and groceries, making it ideal for local shoppers looking to grab a bargain.
