| Acting on behalf of Tesco Stores Ltd, Macarthur Wilson negotiated the purchase of a site for a new foodstore in Marlborough.

A conditional contract was agreed to acquire the most visible part of the Marlborough Business Park fronting onto the main A346 Salisbury Road.
Upon gaining planning consent for a store of c.15,000 sq.ft, the purchase was completed in April 2010 and the store successfully opened for trade in February 2011.
